Qualification: Minimum Graduate. 
Sports Achievements Eligibility Norms: i). Represented the Country in Olympic Games (Senior Category). Or ii). Represented the Country in the World Cup (Junior/ Senior)/ World Championships (Junior/ Senior)/ Asian Games (Senior)/ Commonwealth Games (Senior) and obtained at least 3rd position.

Sports Achievements Eligibility Norms: i). Represented the Country in the World Cup (Junior/ Senior), World Championships (Junior/Senior), Asian Games (Senior) & Commonwealth Games (Senior). Or ii). Represented the country in the Commonwealth Championship (Junior/ Senior)/ Asian Championship/ Asia Cup (Junior/ Senior)/ South Asian Federation (SAF) Games (Senior)/ USIC (World Railways) Championship (Senior) and obtained at least 3rd position. Or iii). Represented a State or equivalent unit in Senior/ Youth/ Junior National Championships and obtained at least 3rd Position. iv). Represented a State in National Games organized under the aegis of Indian Olympic Association and obtained at least 3rd position. Or v). Represented a University in All India Inter University Championship organized under the aegis of Association of Indian Universities and obtained at least 3rd position. Or vi). Represented a State or equivalent Unit in Federation Cup Championships (Senior category) and obtained 1st position.

Qualification: Minimum - SSC/ Matriculate.

Represented the country in the Commonwealth Championship (Junior/ Senior)/ Asian Championship/ Asia Cup (Junior/ Senior)/ South Asian Federation (SAF) Games (Senior)/ USIC (World Railways) Championship (Senior). Or ii). Represented a State or equivalent Unit in Federation Cup Championships (Senior category) and obtained at least 3rd position. Or iii). Represented a State or equivalent unit in Senior/ Youth/ Junior National Championships. Or iv). Represented a Unit or District of the State in the Senior State Championship and obtained at least 3rd Position.

Age Limit: 18-25 years

Examination Fees: Indian Postal Order of Rs. 100/- should be drawn in favour of Western Railway Sports Association, Mumbai which is non refundable. SC/ ST, Women, Minorities (Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Zoroastrians (Parsis)) and economically backward classes candidates are exempted from examination fee. Economically backward classes mean the candidates whose family income is less than 50000/- per annum.

How to Apply: The completed application in the prescribed format along with all relevant documents should reach the Sr. Sports Officer, Western Railway Sports Association, Headquarter Office, Churchgate, Mumbai - 400020.
